Warranty

Quality assurance service

The three guarantee services shall be implemented for the sold products, namely, repair, replacement and return. The three guarantee period is three months. The direct expenses incurred within the three guarantee period, such as freight, accessories, food and accommodation travel expenses of three guarantee technicians, shall be borne by Party B or refunded by the payment in this contract. Party A shall not bear any indirect losses and expenses other than the above expenses and the payment in this contract.
A one-year quality assurance shall be implemented for the complete set of sand and gravel crushing equipment provided. The warranty period is 18 months after the goods leave the factory or 1 year from the date of equipment commissioning and acceptance. The user can enjoy one-year free warranty service for the whole machine with the invoice and warranty certificate, that is, the maintenance costs arising from the maintenance of the equipment due to the quality problems of the unit under normal use during the warranty period shall be borne by the company.
