① Due to the large torque of this machine, it is recommended to install the machine on a concrete foundation with embedded welding parts for welding during installation. The depth and area of the foundation are calculated separately based on soil conditions. It is recommended that the weight of the foundation be approximately three times the weight of the machine, and the installation dimensions of the machine refer to the foundation drawing.
② After installation, check whether the gears of the reducer are shifted and whether the gap between the water tank and the large wheel bucket is consistent. After adjustment, fix the machine on the foundation by welding.
③ Lubricating oil should be added and the oil level should be adjusted. Generally, it is recommended to take 50% below the center of the shaft.
④ After the installation and adjustment of the machine, a trial run should be carried out, and the no-load test should achieve:
a、 Continuous operation for 2 hours:
b、 All sturdy components should be firm and free from looseness;
c、 There is no abnormal noise from the reducer and gearbox.
⑤ In addition to meeting the requirements of no-load testing, load testing should also meet the following requirements:
a、 When feeding, do not let the material strongly impact the water tank, and do not load or stack the water tank to avoid damaging the wheel bucket and body.
b、 The maximum feeding amount meets the design requirements.
