In the sand washing process, the particles with large proportion sink into the bottom of the trough, and the spiral blades push the sand upward at the side of the bending plate at the bottom of the trough. Since the length of the water tank exceeds the lower horizontal line by a suitable length, the excess water in the sand and gravel will be removed during the upward pushing process. The separated water will be injected into the tailings reclaimer from the drainage ditch on the other side, and the sand and gravel will be discharged from the discharge outlet at the bottom of the upper end of the water tank. The machine has a long service life and few wearing parts, so it needs no maintenance for a long time. It is used for washing, grading and impurity removal of highway, hydropower, construction and other industries, as well as washing of fine-grained and coarse-grained materials, especially suitable for building and road building sand and stone.

3. Stable (totally enclosed oil bath drive)

XY spiral sand washing machine adopts a totally enclosed oil bath type transmission device. The spiral is rotated by the motor through the reducer and coupling. The sand washing machine is arranged at a 20 degree inclination. The lower part of the water trough is surrounded by a three sided weir plate to form a sedimentation tank. The tail of the spiral is submerged into the sedimentation tank. The equipment has two functions of cleaning and dewatering. The material washed is less lost, and the washing efficiency is high, which can fully meet the requirements of high-grade materials.
