1. Excessive swing of sander body

If the body swings extremely violently, there may be three reasons: (1) The wearing parts on the impeller of the crusher may be seriously worn. If the wearing parts on the impeller are seriously worn, the internal operation of the sand machine will be unstable, resulting in excessive swing. At this time, just replace the wearing parts and make the internal impeller of the sand machine reach a balanced state; (2) It may be that the equipment swing is too large due to too large feed particles. When PCL vertical shaft impact crusher (sand maker) is designed, the feed particle size of the equipment is generally 4 to 5 cm. Generally speaking, when the feed particle size of the equipment is 3 to 4 cm, the amount of finished sand can be reached. If the feed particle size is too large, the equipment swing is too large. If the feed is too small, the impact crushing is not sufficient, and it is difficult to achieve the full amount of finished sand; (3) It is also possible that there are obstructions in the impeller flow passage. If there are obstructions in the impeller flow passage, it will also cause uneven feeding and excessive swing of the engine body. As long as the obstructions on the impeller flow passage are removed, the problem of excessive swing of the engine body can be solved.

2. Product granularity is too large

If the product particles produced by PCL vertical shaft impact crusher (sand machine) are too large, it is not called sand machine, but only stone shaping machine. The main reason for excessive product granularity is that the triangular belt is too loose. As long as the triangular belt is tightened, the problem of excessive product granularity can be solved.

3. Excessive idling resistance

When the PCL vertical shaft impact crusher (sand making machine) is idling, the resistance is too large. At this time, it is necessary to check whether the upper seal cover of the bearing is plugged. If there is plugged material in the upper seal cover, just open the upper seal cover and clean the inside.

4. Bearing heating

When the bearing of PCL vertical shaft impact crusher (sand making machine) gets too hot, it will cause the bearing barrel to lock up, making the sand making machine run less frequently. There are two main reasons for excessive heating of the bearing: (1) The bearing is short of oil or dust, so oil or clean the bearing at this time; (2) The bearing is damaged. If the bearing is damaged, only a new bearing can solve the problem.

5. Metal collision sound

It is wrong for PCL vertical shaft impact crusher (sand making machine) to make the sound of metal collision during operation, which indicates that the equipment has had problems. Generally speaking, if the qualified PCL vertical shaft impact crusher (sand making machine) makes the sound of metal collision because the liner or impeller wearing parts are not installed properly, which causes the falling off, it is good to prohibit the fixation of liner or impeller wearing parts again.
