Precautions for use of hydraulic cone crusher:
(1) The feed particle size shall not exceed z, and excessive feed particle size will cause the material to slip in the crushing chamber, which will seriously affect the material crushing and greatly reduce the output; At the same time, too large feed particles will have a greater impact on the crusher, affecting the normal use of equipment, and even causing the host machine to stop.
(2) The discharge port shall not be smaller than the size of the small z discharge port of the corresponding cavity. If the discharge port is too small, the load current will be high and the equipment will be damaged, such as the burning loss of the copper sleeve and premature damage of the parts. In case of serious problems, the machine will be shut down directly.
(3) It is required that the full cavity feeding is uniform, or the full cavity feeding is not uniform, which will result in large fluctuation of the host load current, reduced output, uneven liner wear, and shortened part life.
(4) The operating load is generally 75%~90%. According to the material crushing situation, the load of the main engine is generally controlled at 75%~90%, and it is recommended not to exceed 90%. If the load is too low, the laminated crushing can not be realized, and the equipment can not play a superior role; Too high load will produce large load on the copper sleeve of the host, which will shorten the life of the copper sleeve and other parts.
(5) Strictly control the moisture content. When the feed contains viscous materials, it is easy to cause broken materials not to be discharged from the crushing chamber, and the load current of the host machine increases, causing shutdown. Therefore, when crushing viscous materials, the moisture content must be controlled, which generally does not exceed 5%.
(6) Avoid the runout of the support sleeve. The runout of the support sleeve will damage the copper seat liner and the main frame to varying degrees. The main reasons for the jump of the support sleeve are: ① The pressure of the safety cylinder is too low; ② Uneven feeding, more materials on one side, less materials on the other side, uneven load; ③ Excessive feeding will increase the load and affect the normal crushing of materials; ④ The discharge port is too small, and the load increases.
(7) The multi cylinder hydraulic cone crusher that controls the lubricating oil temperature has large eccentricity, large power and large heat value, so the viscosity of the lubricating oil is a major indicator of the lubricating effect. The cooler in the lubrication system can reduce the lubricating oil to a proper temperature, so that the lubricating oil can play a good role in lubrication and cooling.
