3. Compound cone crusher
Compound cone crusher is composed of spring device and hydraulic cylinder. Single cylinder hydraulic cone breaker has good intermediate crushing effect and large passing capacity; The multi cylinder hydraulic cone has better crushing effect and high content of fine materials; If the spring cone is broken, it can not be fully fed, and the processing capacity is low; The automatic adjustment of the discharge port cannot be realized.
Maintenance of cone crusher
1. Single cylinder cone breaker has simple structure, low failure rate, low production cost and more stable operation;
2. All parts of multi cylinder cone can be disassembled and maintained from the top or side, making daily replacement more convenient;
3. It takes a long time to repair the broken spring cone, which is difficult to maintain.
